🦄 Become a ProductLab In-person Events Volunteer

ProductLab offers a comprehensive platform designed to help teams and individuals build successful products. We provide hands-on upskilling with experienced product leaders, interim roles, and a hybrid community (in-person & online) for continuous learning and mentorship. We are looking for amazing volunteers to assist our team in organizing, setting up, and concluding the monthly in-person events, and now our Conference! For more details, visit ProductLab.

Commitment (1-2h/week)

🎤 Support the organizers before, during, and after the event with location setup, welcoming guests, and Speakers (17.45-21.30 once a month) for the ongoing community 🎤 on the day of the Conference, according to the required schedule 💪 Once you feel ready, organize 1 or 2 events/year 📅 We meet regularly online 30 min on Fridays during lunch 🤤 We have a quarterly IRL meetup to have fun 🔗 Share the event on your socials a few days before and after the event

🤗 Actively mingle and network with the community during the event 🤗 Potential support with online event setup 💚 This is a volunteer-based opportunity—commit to giving your best at events

Community Onboarding Process

We’re looking for committed volunteers who want to grow with us. In our organizing team, you won’t just support events—you’ll develop real ownership, learn to work independently, and follow a clear growth path. Whether you start small or take on bigger responsibilities, we’ll help you build the skills, confidence, and leadership needed to shape the future of our community.

Volunteer Onboarding (5-Month Path)

1️⃣ Month 0–1: Just Show Up & Help. You join and support your first event

After the event, we decide together if we continue.

2️⃣ Month 1–2: Support More

You help with your second event. After this event, you join our WhatsApp team group.

3️⃣ Month 2–3: Become Part of the Team. You support your third event. After this, you join our Friday team meetings and get an official team welcome

4️⃣ Month 3–5: Find Your Focus

Everyone picks one area to grow into and become independent, for example:

Socials, Newsletter, Logistics, Online, Content, Photography
