About the Conference

Productlab Conference 2026 is a 3-day event at CIC Berlin (Cambridge Innovation Center), September 17th.
It brings together 350 senior product professionals — Product Managers, Heads of Product, Directors, VPs, and CPOs — from European scale-ups, corporate innovation teams, and global product organisations.
The conference is practitioner-first. Talks are peer-equal: real cases, honest trade-offs, no panels of people who haven’t shipped in years. The audience comes to learn from people who are doing the work.

This Year’s Themes

2026 is about navigating the AI transition without losing what makes great product work. The programme is built around four areas:
- AI in practice — What’s working vs. what’s hype. Competitive advantage without a foundation model. Real cases from companies building with off-the-shelf AI.
- The evolving PM role — From prioritiser to curator. How judgment, taste, and strategic thinking become more valuable as execution accelerates.
- Product craft — Discovery, delivery, and decision-making when speed and tooling change faster than processes. What good looks like now.
- Product leadership — Leading product organisations through AI transformation. Team structure, hiring, and how to stay strategic when everyone is moving fast.
Talks with a clear thesis, real cases, and concrete takeaways perform best with our audience.

Content Review

All proposals go through a brief editorial check. We look for two things:
- On-topic — the talk is relevant to this year’s themes (AI in practice, evolving PM role, product craft, product leadership)
- Not primarily a sales pitch — it’s fine to reference your company and product, but the audience should leave with practical takeaways they can apply regardless of your tool or platform
If we have feedback after reviewing your proposal, we’ll share it before confirming the slot. We want to help you put your best work on stage.
