Based on your work experience, the types of companies you have worked for, and your public outreach (such as speaking at conferences, actively consulting companies, and the types of companies you consult for)
We aim to provide "1:1" or "1 to few" advisory services, which can be extended to include team support for specific cases, process implementation, or addressing custom needs, with your agreement.
We operate on an hourly rate basis according to agreements, with a 20% service fee. As a marketplace, we recognize that individuals might leave and bring clients with them. To address this, we have a one-year non-compete clause. In a second stage, when we grow to a steady business or secure investment, we offer mentors the opportunity to become partners or shareholders, fostering a win-win scenario and building a curated advisory community.
