Leaders Studio is Productlab's coaching arm for senior product leaders. We connect experienced coaches with members of our community — product managers, heads of product, directors/VPs, and CPOs — who are navigating leadership transitions, scaling teams, and building their executive presence.
We handle the client relationship, intake, and invoicing. You focus on the coaching.
What we offer
Leaders Studio runs two coaching formats:
• 1:1 executive coaching — individual sessions for product leaders at any level, including CPOs and executive team members
• Leaders Circles — a 13-week group coaching program with 1 monthly 90-minute group session and 2 hours of individual coaching per person
The referral model
Productlab brings the client. You deliver the coaching. We invoice the client directly and pay you 80% of collected fees. Productlab retains 20% as a referral and coordination fee.
The pipeline
Every client starts with a discovery call with Daniele (Productlab founder). If there is a fit, Daniele arranges a chemistry call between you and the client. If both sides align, the client is routed to your calendar. You take it from there.
Referral window
The 20/80 split applies for 18 months from your last session with a Productlab-referred client. The clock resets with every session — so for ongoing relationships, it remains active throughout.
What we ask of you
To protect the integrity of the referral relationship, we ask that you:
• Do not share personal contact details (personal email, WhatsApp, booking links) with Productlab clients
• Do not accept direct bookings from Productlab-referred clients outside the platform
• If a Productlab client contacts you directly, notify us within 7 days
Coaches who breach this agreement are immediately removed from the platform.
This form takes about 5 minutes. Once submitted, Daniele will review your application and reach out within a few days.
