Call for Workshop Facilitators

About the Conference & LABs Day

ProductLab Conference 2026 will bring together 100-120 product leaders in Berlin this September for two days of learning, collaboration, and community building. Following our successful bootstrapped 2025 debut (250 attendees, 62 LABs Day participants), we're expanding our workshop track to create deeper, hands-on learning experiences.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking 6 experienced facilitators to lead full-day interactive workshops for senior Product Managers and newly appointed Leads/Heads of Product.

Workshop Topics (choose one or propose your own):

AI Customer Research & Analysis – Leveraging AI for deeper user insights and research efficiency
AI Strategy – Building coherent AI roadmaps and capabilities
Building with AI – Practical implementation and team integration
Strategy for Product Managers – Developing strategic thinking and execution frameworks
Data-Driven Decision Making – Moving from intuition to evidence-based product development
GTM Strategy – Bringing products to market effectively
Discovery & Validation – Modern approaches to understanding problems and testing hypotheses
Your Proposal – Have another critical topic for product leaders? We're listening.

Workshop Format

Workshop Day: Wednesday, September 16, 2026 Location: The Social Hub Berlin (near Alexanderplatz)
Full Day Workshop: Two sessions (2.5-3 hours each: morning + afternoon) plus aperitif networking event
Capacity: ~20 participants per workshop
Style: Hands-on, interactive, practical (not lectures)
Conference Engagement:
September 17: Lead 1 mini-workshop or Roundtable at the main conference at Kino International

What We Offer

Payment processed end of September in EUR upon invoice submission, workshop delivery, and slide sharing
Financial: Workshop Day
€1,000 + VAT base compensation (10 participants)
€200 + VAT additional per extra participant (typically 15-20 total)
Conference Day Workshop/Roundtable
Bonus at 400+ Conference participants of €450

Travel & Accommodation (for non-Berlin facilitators):
3 nights at our partner hotel (September 15-18th)
Walking distance to the conference venue
Booked and covered by ProductLab €250-300 flight reimbursement (for non-Berlin facilitators)
Visibility & Support:
Full conference ticket + ProductLab swag
Professional photo/video content for your personal brand
Promotion to our 3,000+ member community
Content distribution post-conference

What We Need From You

Before the Conference:
LinkedIn support: Share about your workshop a few times in the lead-up
Pre-conference call: Either an interview about your workshop or an AMA session with our community
Co-create one featured post about your workshop (you'll review before it goes live)
During the Conference:
September 16: Deliver full-day workshop (morning session + afternoon session + aperitif)
September 17: Mini Workshop or Roundtable at main conference
After the Conference:
Share your workshop slides/materials with participants
Submit invoice for payment processing (end of September)
