Partnership Agreement

This Partnership Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into as of 15/05/24, between ProductLab and berlinproductmanagers.com represented by Daniele Ronca ("Partner") and Ahoy Co-Working Space ("Ahoy") represented by

1. Purpose of Partnership

This partnership aims to collaborate on promotional and marketing activities related to events hosted by the Partner.

2. Promotional Activities As part of this partnership, the following promotional activities will be conducted:

- Prominent Brand Placement: The Partner agrees to include Ahoy's logo and name in event communications, including promotional materials and digital marketing campaigns, and to place the logo on its website footer, Linktree, and BPM page.

- Acknowledgment in Speeches and Presentations: During events, representatives from the Partner will acknowledge and thank Ahoy for their contribution by mentioning their name and highlighting their support.
- Inclusion in Post-Event Marketing: The Partner will continue to promote Ahoy's involvement through post-event marketing efforts, such as social media posts and one email newsletter as a partnership announcement on berlinproductmanagers.com newsletter. See example.

3. Benefits for CoHorts Community and berlinproductmanagers.com

As part of this partnership, Ahoy will provide the following benefits to the Partner:

- Complimentary access to Ahoy's designated space once a week.
- Three months of co-working space free of charge for three people to use for a LinkedIn marketing campaign.
- 30% discount on conference room bookings for the community.

4. Additional Arrangements Additional arrangements discussed and agreed upon include:

Use of Conference Rooms: the Partner will have access to a conference room for 15-20 people once every month, with increased frequency to bi-weekly in case of high demand, and monthly or bi-monthly access for 40-60 people during after work time slots.

5. Term of Agreement

This Agreement shall commence on 15/05/24 and continue until 31/12/24, and it can be extended previous email arrangement or contract update.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement with one month's written notice to the other party.

7. Miscellaneous

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties. Any amendments to this Agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
