Productlab Conference 2026 is a 3-day event at CIC Berlin (Cambridge Innovation Center), Sept 15-17, 2026.
It brings together 350 senior product professionals — Product Managers, Heads of Product, Directors, VPs, and CPOs — from European scale-ups, corporate innovation teams, and global product organisations.
The conference is practitioner-first. Talks are peer-equal: real cases, honest trade-offs, no panels of people who haven’t shipped in years. The audience comes to learn from people who are doing the work.
Thank you for your interest in joining the behind-the-scenes crew for Product Week Berlin (Sept 15-17, 2026)!
Volunteering is organized in half-day shifts (Morning or Afternoon). When you are on your shift, you help us run the show. For the other half of the day, you are completely free to enjoy the conference talks, network with top-tier product and AI leaders, and access our food, drinks, and after-parties!
What you get:
• Full Access: Sit in on talks and learn from top-tier product and AI leaders.
• The Network: Work closely with the organising team and connect with the speakers.
• The Perks: Food, drinks, and access to our after-parties.
You can use your budget for workshops while getting into the conference too!
Please fill out this form thoughtfully. Your answers help us see how you handle real-world event challenges.
You are in the middle of completing an urgent operational task handed to you by one of the team members. Suddenly, you receive a message from another team member reminding you that you are supposed to be at the main entrance right now to welcome a VIP speaker. What do you do at this exact moment?
It's early morning on the day of the conference. You arrive exactly on time for your shift, but the registration area is completely empty, and there is no coordinator around to tell you what to do. What do you do?
Spoiler alert: We only have 10 spots, and our eyes jump straight to applications with videos first. Skip the camera-shyness; it's your best ticket to the front of the line!

• Who you are and what you do in Berlin.
• A quick time you solved a problem under pressure.
